This Imperial Stout mashup is fermented with Kolsch yeast and an addition of Belgian candi sugar in the whirlpool to lighten the body in the traditional Belgian philosophy. The result is a rich and complex beer that is not overly filling and weighty. Oxheart is jet black in color with a creamy tan foam.
