In 2013 Adam and Chris set the wheels in motion by launching Brickworks Cider House. Founded in Toronto, Ontario their main focus is making small-batch, premium cider. Made with the addition of tart lemon juice along with cider made from Ontario apples, it is medium-bodied and dry with a crisp finish. Serve with brunch.
