Merlot, Canada:

The smoothness of merlot is allowed to shine in this single varietal expression. Starts with bright ruby colour, followed by aromas of prune, chocolate and black plum reduction. The fruit flavours resonate on the palate, which is extra dry yet soft with a pleasing finish.

Shiraz:

Deep brick red colour; Rich, upfront plummy, blood orange and blackberry fruit aromas and flavours with notes of chocolate, earth and spice; extra dry, medium-bodied with moderate tannins.

Sauvignon Blanc:

Pale straw colour with a lively nose of lemon and green apple with a hint of herbs; fruit character is replayed on the palate; crisp and dry, with medium body.

Cabernet Sauvignon:

Light to medium ruby garnet colour; dry and medium bodied with lively crisp cassis berry character and very light tannins.

Proprietors Chardonnay:

Our Chardonnay is dry and full-bodied with fragrant aromas of ripe apples and pears. A hint of oak and butter combine for a lingering, complex finish
