A medium-bodied, vibrant Corvina, Rondinella and Merlot red wine blend made in a similar method as Amarone wines. Concentrated with spicy dried fruit, dark cherry, ripe plum, savoury herb and nutty flavours rich on the palate. 'Graticcio' is the term for the traditional bamboo racks used for air-drying grapes after the harvest; a technique that concentrates the flavours in the grapes. Drink: 2020-2028. Score - 90.
