This Copper coloured mild ale was brewed with a crystal malt and a high percentage of flaked oats to provide a a rich silky mouthfeel and delicate biscuit and toffee flavours. We carefully brewed well over 100 lbs of fresh roasted Coffee from our friends at Mercedes beans and Model teas and added it to this beer in the fermentation vessel to give it a full bodied and balanced coffee flavour and aroma that compliments this smooth easy drinking fall ale
