Insurance on Shipped Products
We highly recommend that you purchase insurance on all shipped packages. There will be an option to add insurance to your package when you receive your Shipping Confirmation email. Liquor Warehouse is not responsible for any damaged or lost packages.
Shipping
Once as order has been shipped, you will recieve an email notification with a tracking number, if applicable. We take pride in being prompt and efficient, please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions you may have.
Currently, we are set up with Canada Post and Purolator to reach as many customers as possible. Please contact us for any deliveries you have questions about shipping.
Returns
Thank you for your purchase. At this time, All sales are final; however, customers may be eligible for a refund or exchange in cases where a product is defective or compromised in quality (e.g., an expired item or a corked wine), subject to verification.
All returns must be completed within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be verified by an employee that the item is past dated or compromised in quality.
